Back    Home    Vision

The  large  empty spaces were  unused, overgrown and somewhat vandalised. Several conversations later a dream developed to try to create 3 new garden areas for the local community, namely: A Place of Love, A Place of  Joy and A Place of Peace.

Building on the success of the Eco-Award winning Butterfly Garden, the local community were glad to be involved with another project that would make an empty space beautiful.

In early June 2006, Rev. Suzanna Bates wandered out the back of Mosswood Community Centre in Knightsridge with  Marjory  Mc Ghie  and  asked,  "What  could  we do with this area?"...
